Community Property Owners, Please download the attached proposed amendments
and the Proxy form. The HOA will have a meeting on September 26th at 10am at the American Legion Hall on MLK just north
of the Hwy 41 intersection. The Board is supporting this amendment
and we encourage you to support it as well. What the ammendments will do is increase the maximum number of Board members
to 5. It will also remove the restriction which prevents non-resident property owners from Board membership. The Board feels that all property owners should be encouraged to
fully participate in the management process of our Community and we appreciate you consideration. Please download the files and bring them to the meeting or mail them by September 22nd.
